We monitor scheduled UPS pickups to ensure they occur properly and will reach out to you in the event UPS marked your pickup request unsuccessful.
Once we connect with you we will call UPS directly to reschedule another pickup within 24 business hours. A $10 rescheduling fee applies. (Monday- Friday)
Please make sure your boxes are where UPS will pickup.

You can always drop your boxes off at any nearby UPS store instead. Make sure to get a confirmation receipt with proper tracking numbers given to UPS.
