Once your supply kit/ packages are picked up by UPS, and their scans sync with our web site, you will be able to track their progress.
Please ensure each individual box has its unique UPS label.
It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to sync with our site.
If after 24 hours the tracking is not working, it does not necessarily mean that the boxes are not traveling properly, it usually means a failed scan by UPS.
Let us know so that we can make sure the pickup was successful and monitor.
If you have not received the boxes by 3 days after expected arrival date, let us know right away so we can conduct an investigation with UPS
