When a shipment gets refused, declined, or deemed un-deliverable by UPS, it becomes ineligible for redirects and will be sent to our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. (Usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive)
You are responsible for any freight costs incurred by Return to Sender events, such as the freight cost to re-ship the boxes to your desired address.
