LABELS NOT PURCHASED:
If you have not purchased your shipping labels yet, it's a quick fix. Log into your online account and under the shipping labels section, you can add a new address to each label. Keep in mind you will need to update each label.
LABELS PURCHASED:
If your labels have been purchased and they have not been picked up yet, you will need to cancel all of your labels and make new ones. When you cancel the labels, you will be automatically refunded on our end for the cost of that label. If your labels have been purchased and they HAVE been used, there will be a $20 per box, redirect fee.
