You will not be able to schedule the return of your boxes until they have arrived at the warehouse. It can take up to 7 business days to process the request, so please allow as much time as possible.
To schedule your box retrieval, simply log into your account and scroll down to the “Storage” heading. Select the checkbox under “Ship Back” for each box that you would like to retrieve, click the blue button “Retrieve Selected Boxes” and follow the steps to complete the request.
