We monitor scheduled UPS pickups to ensure they occur properly and will reach out to you in the event UPS marked your pickup request unsuccessful.
Once we connect with you, we will call UPS directly to reschedule another pickup within 24 business hours. A $10 rescheduling fee applies, if the missed pickup is due to action or inaction by the customer. (Monday- Friday)
Please make sure your boxes are where UPS will pickup.
UPS will pick up your boxes from wherever you receive packages for your location. If you are unsure where this location is, check with your property management office.
*Students on campus will bring boxes to the campus mail room.
You can always drop your boxes off at any nearby UPS store instead of scheduling a pickup. Make sure to get a confirmation receipt with proper tracking numbers given from UPS.
